A new program of preferential loans for creative businesses has been launched in the Omsk region

The Creative Vector program has been created for designers, artisans, developers, musicians, fashion manufacturers and other creative fields. It was developed by the Omsk Regional Microfinance Fund, which operates within the structure of the “My Business” Center and participates in the implementation of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.

To receive support, the company must be included in the Register of Creative Industries of the Omsk Region.

Funds can be directed to:

🔹 purchase of materials and fixed assets;
🔹 repair, modernization, technical re-equipment;
🔹 introduction of new technologies;
🔹 expanding an existing business or launching a new direction;
🔹 replenishment of working capital.

Conditions:

🔹 amount up to 5 million rubles;
🔹 up to 36 months;
🔹 rate 8% per annum with a guarantee from the Regional Guarantee Organization and 10.6% without it.

The new program will help the region’s creative businesses grow and renew themselves faster.
