Omsk Region Among Top Five in Applications for the Open Industry Program
Omsk Region has confirmed its status as one of the country’s key industrial regions, ranking among the leaders in the number of applications for participation in the federal Open Industry program.
The program is being implemented by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) jointly with the St. Petersburg Center for Tourism and Hospitality Competence, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Its key objectives are to develop the human and technological potential of industry, create a positive image of domestic producers, and strengthen inter-industry ties.
Open Industry helps promote regional brands, attract young people to industrial sectors, develop new tourist routes, and increase the investment attractiveness of manufacturing.
