Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko and the region’s investment team summarize the results of 2025.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency presented the results of its work in two key areas: investment and convention and exhibition activities.
🔴 More than 50 promising investment proposals have been developed. Omsk Region leads Russia in the number of promising investment projects featured on the country’s Investment Map.
🔴With the support of the region’s head, Vitaly Khotsenko (https://t.me/HocenkoVP), and the Government’s economic bloc, the volume of fixed capital investments in investment projects supported by the Agency amounted to 22.4 billion rubles.
🔴 The Agency is currently supporting 70 projects and has provided approximately 700 individual consultations to business representatives.
🔴 The “Rassvet” system (https://t.me/andreyshpilenko/1838) has been developed. This regional tool aims to identify promising niches, formulate attractive investment proposals, and effectively promote them among potential investors.
🔴 70 investors are registered in the “Investor’s Personal Account” and have been provided with access to online interaction to implement investment projects.
🔴 The POS.Business digital platform has been launched (https://www.gosuslugi.ru/help/obratitsya_business). The service allows entrepreneurs to receive consultations, assistance, and support from the regional government in the shortest possible time.
🔴 Over 200 business events of various sizes have been organized and held at the regional Congress Hall.
🔴 Over 200,000 entrepreneurs, company executives, and experts visited the Congress Hall.
Plans for 2026:
⚙️ Official launch of the catalyst plant, opening of the Magnit distribution center, and construction of two industrial facilities: a graphite electrode plant and a super-large tire plant.
🤝 Omsk will host the 22nd Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum. This decision underscores the recognition of the Omsk Region’s importance in fostering strong bilateral ties between the two countries.
“Together with the Agency team, we will continue working to reduce administrative barriers, implement digital services, and provide systemic support to investors in the new year,” noted Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.
