On March 13, the State Duma will host a general meeting of members of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia.

As part of it, a meeting of the Expert Council on the development of industrial infrastructure (industrial parks, technology parks, eco-technoparks and clusters) of the State Duma Committee of the Russian Federation on Industry and Trade will be held.

The first topic is industrial clusters and support measures. Changes in the operating mode of clusters from 2023, as well as proposals for their improvement, will be discussed. The meeting participants will study the experience of industrial clusters in the Kemerovo region and the methodology for working with industrial clusters in the Omsk region.

The second block of the meeting is devoted to measures of state support for industrial infrastructure facilities, including an assessment of the application of Russian Government Decree No. 1325 and the problem of co-financing for technology parks in the field of high technologies.

The third issue of the meeting is the sustainable development of industrial infrastructure facilities, with the presentation of the main provisions of the Standard “Sustainable development of management companies of infrastructure sites. General requirements.”
