Opening of a new factory on the territory of the SEZ “Avangard”

Opening of a new plant in the territory of the SEZ “Avangard”
The Governor of the Omsk Region Vitaly Khotsenko opened the first import-substituting production facility in the special economic zone “Avangard”.
As Vitaly Pavlovich noted, last year President Vladimir Putin set the task for Russian regions to increase the share of domestic high-tech goods and services on the domestic market by one and a half times in the next six years. The products that will be manufactured by the new Omskelektrotekh plant are in demand by Gazprom, Rosatom and other energy sector companies, including foreign ones.
According to the head of the region, it is most rational for investors to create new production facilities in areas where land and infrastructure issues have already been resolved, and significant tax incentives make it possible to reduce the payback period of the project. And in the Omsk Region today, a lot of work is being done to create industrial parks and industrial technology parks, and the special economic zone “Avangard” is actively developing.
Among those invited to the grand opening ceremony were heads and representatives of federal, regional and municipal authorities, the company managing the SEZ, representatives of contractors who took part in the construction, and customers of the products.
The symbolic button to start production was pressed together with the Governor by the Mayor of Omsk Sergey Shelest, the Head of the Osnova Holding Group of Companies Alexander Antropenko, the Director of Omskelektrotekh LLC Dmitry Golovanov and the employees of the enterprise.
Then a tour of the plant was conducted for the participants of the event, where guests could get acquainted with the full production cycle and the range of manufactured fasteners.
