Preferential Loans for Residents of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Single-Industry Towns: New Business Opportunities!
The Russian Government, together with the SME Corporation, is launching a preferential lending program for small and medium-sized businesses located in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and single-industry towns.
The total funding amount is 18.3 billion rubles through 2030.
The program aims to support businesses in priority sectors, such as:

✅Logistics
✅Science
✅Tourism
✅Healthcare

Lending terms for SMEs in SEZs:
✅Investment loans: up to 200 million rubles.
✅Rate: 10% per annum (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’s key rate minus 7%, but not less than 10%)
✅Grace period: 5 years
Lending terms for SMEs in single-industry towns:
✅Investment loans: up to 200 million rubles
✅Rate: 6% per annum (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’s key rate minus 13%, but not less than 6%)
✅Grace period: 5 years
✅Working capital loans: up to 50 million rubles
✅Rate: 10% per annum (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’s key rate is minus 9%, but not less than 10%)
✅Grace period: 3 years
