Program for financing enterprises of the Omsk region “Increasing labor productivity”

The Industrial Development Fund of the Omsk Region, together with the federal FRP, offers regional enterprises a financing program called “Increasing Labor Productivity,” aimed at increasing labor productivity at manufacturing enterprises (except for the food industry).

Loan funds can be used to modernize existing production or modify the product line and cannot be used to create production facilities or release new products for the enterprise.

The applicant must be a participant in the regional labor productivity improvement program.
Obtain a certificate from the Federal Center for Competence in Labor Productivity ANO on the availability of key elements of the production system and a sufficient level of use of internal resources to increase productivity, or obtain a protocol for creating a sample production flow based on the results of work with the federal or regional competence centers.

Main terms of the program:
Loan amount: from 20 to 200 million rubles.
Interest rate:
🔸5% base.
🔹3% upon provision of a bank guarantee, a guarantee from VEB.RF, the SME Corporation or regional guarantee organizations.
🔸7% in case of failure to fulfill the terms of the National Project.
Loan term: up to 5 years.
Grace period: up to 3 years.
Co-financing: at least 20% of the project budget, including own funds, funds of private investors or banks.

The program is intended for projects aimed at:
🏭 Production of high-tech products with import-substituting potential;
🔧 Implementation of the best available technologies (BAT);
🛠 Production of machine-tool products with import-substituting potential;
🤖 Increasing the level of automation and digitalization of industrial enterprises;
🚀 Production of high-tech civilian or dual-use products at defense industry enterprises;
⚓️ Technological re-equipment and modernization of ship repair enterprises.
