Prospects for the development of the Avangard SEZ
The SEZ team has developed a draft Prospective Development Plan for the special economic zone of the industrial and production type “Avangard”, which defines the development prospects of our site taking into account its features and the possibility of attracting investments.
The strategic development plan for the Avangard SEZ includes five key areas:
– Achieving sustainable development goals
– Digital transformation
– Cluster development
– Active use of government support measures
– Increasing the territory of the SEZ
The draft plan has been approved by the regional Ministry of Economic Development and sent for consideration to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. This plan is the basis for expanding the territory of the SEZ, signing documents with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation taking into account the amendments made to Federal Law No. 116-FL.
