Q1 Results: KPIs Achieved, Objectives Set
The second meeting of the Board of Directors of the Avangard SEZ was held. The main topic was summarizing the management company’s performance for the first quarter of 2026.
The key performance indicators approved at the end of last year at a strategic session with the regional investment team have been fully met. The Board of Directors is keeping its finger on the pulse: quarterly monitoring allows for prompt course corrections and the right management decisions.
Efforts to develop the territory and attract investors continue. The plan is in place. The results are in place.
Personnel Decision: The Board unanimously re-elected Viktor Yuryevich Sobolev as General Director of the Avangard SEZ.
