Results of the Avangard SEZ Board of Directors Meeting
A regular meeting of the updated Avangard SEZ Board of Directors was held.
Highlights of the meeting:
🔹 Re-election of the Board Chairman. In connection with the formation of the new Board, the first item on the agenda was the election of the Chairman. Board member and regional Legislative Assembly Deputy Dmitry Golovanov proposed the candidacy of Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko. The Board members unanimously supported this initiative.
🔹 Performance Monitoring. Viktor Sobolev, CEO of the SEZ, delivered a scheduled report on the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) for the second quarter of 2026. Quarterly monitoring allows the Board to keep abreast of progress, promptly adjusting processes and improving the management company’s efficiency.
🔹 Future Tasks. The CEO has been instructed to continue systematic work and ensure the unconditional achievement of the approved performance indicators.
