The return of foreign investors to industrial parks was discussed in the State Duma

From 2022 to 2024, there has been a significant decrease in the share of foreign investment in industrial parks in Russia: from 50% to 10%. At the same time, the total volume of investment in production projects in these areas continues to grow.

In recent years, an extensive network of industrial parks, special economic zones and technology parks has been created in the country, and various government support measures have been introduced for local manufacturers.

According to forecasts from the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia, the number of such parks may increase significantly by 2030. Even with the current level of investment, which ranges from 150 to 200 billion rubles per year, it is planned to commission more than 2 million square meters of production facilities annually.
