Russian-Chinese negotiations on investment cooperation development took place in Shenyang

A working meeting between representatives of the Avangard Special Economic Zone and the management of the Liaozhun Economic and Technological Development Zone was held in Shenyang (Liaoning Province).

The following people took part in the meeting on behalf of the Chinese participants:

· Gao Jihui, Deputy Director of the Shenyang Liaozhun Economic Development Zone Management Committee
· Xu Han, Head of the Bureau for Comprehensive Support of the Economic Development Zone
· Su Dabo, Head of the Investment Attraction Department
· Liu Lili, Deputy General Director of the Shenyang Investment Management Company
· Zhao Wen, Head of Investment Direction
· Liu Xiaoxu, Employee of the Bureau for Comprehensive Support

The Russian delegation was represented by Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director of the Avangard SEZ.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the prospects for bilateral investment cooperation and agreed on interaction to attract mutual investments in the special economic zones of the two countries. Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of industrial cooperation and the organization of joint production projects.

“We are interested in exchanging best practices in managing special economic zones and are ready to develop a roadmap for attracting Chinese investors to the Omsk Region,” said Mikhail Derevyanko.

The parties agreed to prepare a cooperation agreement between the Avangard SEZ and the Liaozhun Economic and Technological Development Zone.
