SEZ “Avangard” took part in the event of the Association of Clusters and Technoparks of the Russian Federation on the topic of organizing and conducting a strategic session

Thus, on February 1, the management of the special economic zone listened to a practice-oriented webinar on the topic “Strategic session – a tool for planning the activities of a management company.”

Evgeny Kravchenko, Deputy Director for Design and Analytical Activities and International Cooperation of the Association of Clusters and Technoparks of the Russian Federation, spoke about the key stages, technologies and tools for conducting strategic sessions:

“A strategic session for management companies of technology parks, industrial parks, SEZs and specialized organizations of industrial clusters is a key stage in achieving successful development. It lays the foundations for future success by building effective relationships with residents that promote sustainability and promote their prosperity.”

Yulia Artamonova, executive director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Additional Professional Education “Institute of Knowledge Economics”, in her speech, emphasized the importance of a properly organized strategic session and analyzed frequently repeated mistakes.
