SEZ General Director took part in the investment committee

A regular meeting of the investment committee was held, at which plans for the further development of the Solnechny logistics park were considered.

The total investment in the implementation of a large-scale investment project to create a logistics park is estimated at more than 20 billion rubles.

The logopark will house distribution centers of large companies, retail chains and marketplaces. The project is planned to be fully implemented by the end of 2026.

Currently, the Solnechny Logopark is planning to implement another project – the construction of a distribution center with an area of 160 thousand square meters.

The investor spoke about the plans and the necessary support. Thanks to the implementation of a large-scale investment project, more than 7 thousand jobs will be created in the region.
