Subsidies for industrial parks for SMEs to resume in 2025

Since 2025, subsidies will be provided to co-finance the expenditure obligations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation arising from the implementation of regional projects that ensure the achievement of the goals, indicators and results of the federal project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, which is part of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.

📌Important points:

– The program will be available in all regions of Russia, but with different financing conditions;

– All regions are divided into 4 groups depending on their budgetary security;

– The share of co-financing of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation is at least 20% of the total subsidy provided to the management company;

– The share of extra-budgetary (private) financing is at least 30% of the total cost of the project;

– In 2025, it is planned to select projects for financing from 2026.
