The Agency for Strategic Initiatives is accepting applications to support projects aimed at providing personnel for priority economic sectors.

Applications can be submitted until October 31 (https://asi.ru/leaders/screening/205626/) in three areas:

1. Developing forms of vocational education for the development and training of engineering personnel.
2. Effective tools and practices for youth career development. This includes:

· New career guidance and educational technologies using artificial intelligence;

· Projects aimed at improving the effectiveness of onboarding, staff retention, and competency development.

3. Support for international students in Russia.
