The Avangard SEZ and Kazakhstan: From Agreement to Logistics Projects
December marked an important continuation of our dialogue with our Kazakh partners.
On December 12, at the International Forum “Irtysh: River of Friendship, River of Development” held at School 21 in Omsk, Viktor Sobolev, General Director of the Avangard SEZ, presented the platform to representatives of the business community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
📌 The key topic of his presentation was the feasibility of implementing joint logistics projects that could unlock the potential of the Irtysh as a strategic transport artery linking regions.
This visit is a logical development of the partnership that began this summer. In July, during a business visit to Kazakhstan led by Omsk Region Governor Vitaly Khotsenko (https://t.me/HocenkoVP), a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Avangard SEZ and the Pavlodar Special Economic Zone.
This document laid the foundation for direct interaction between our residents, opening up opportunities for:
🔹 Industrial cooperation
🔹 Optimization of cross-border supplies
🔹 Creation of new efficient logistics routes
We are confident that combining the potential of our preferential platforms will create a synergistic effect for businesses on both sides of the border.
