The Avangard SEZ presented its development opportunities and prospects.
Representatives of regional and city executive authorities, as well as the business community, participated in the discussion. The main objective of the meeting was to develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of the special economic zone as a key tool for attracting investment and developing the industrial potential of the Omsk Region. Avangard SEZ CEO Viktor Sobolev presented the results of its work in detail and outlined key areas for further development.
Over the past five years, the economic zone has demonstrated significant results: the necessary infrastructure has been created, conditions for implementing investment projects have been ensured, and a resident support system has been established. Importantly, investors can reduce time and financial costs by an average of 30-40% when implementing projects within the SEZ.
Today, Avangard offers entrepreneurs a wide range of opportunities for business development. Specifically, land plots with infrastructure, covering a total area of 23 hectares, are available in the Northwestern Industrial Zone of Omsk. In addition, over 120 hectares are allocated for residents in a new development area on the left bank of the Irtysh River. Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government and Representative of the Omsk Region to the Government of the Russian Federation, Andrey Viktorovich Shpilenko, has asked all our partners to share this information with business representatives.
