The Avangard Special Economic Zone and Zerno Sibiri have received responsible business status.

The basic criteria for obtaining this status are a business reputation index (EKG rating) of at least 91 points or successful completion of an assessment according to the federal Business Public Capital Standard. This tool allows for a comprehensive assessment of a company’s contribution to the economy, social sphere, and the environment. The Avangard Special Economic Zone and the logistics company Zerno Sibiri have been assessed according to this federal methodology.

Responsible business status is an official seal of quality. It confirms a company’s reliability to the government, investors, and partners, and opens access to preferential treatment when participating in public procurement and attracting financing.

The process for obtaining this status is free and consists of three steps.

1⃣Check your business reputation on the ekg-rating.rf platform. If your EKG rating is 91 points or higher, you can proceed directly to the third step.

2⃣ Complete the federal assessment. If your score is insufficient, you must complete a questionnaire on the website ekg-rating.rf to increase your business reputation index, or submit an application on the website of the ANO “Public Capital” (ano-capital.ru).

3⃣ Obtain status. To do this, you must submit an application to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region. The application form and consent to the processing of personal data are available on the Omsk Region Government portal in the “Sustainable Development” section: omskportal.ru/development.
