The key agenda item was the review and approval of the Company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) for 2026.
As a reminder, these KPIs were drafted in late 2025 as part of a joint effort by investment group organizations. During the strategic sessions, the competitive environment was analyzed, identifying the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the Avangard SEZ. In January of this year, the Company completed the structuring and detailing of the KPIs, and the final draft was submitted to the Board of Directors for review.
Following the discussion, the Board of Directors approved the nomenclature and target values of key performance indicators. In accordance with established practice, progress towards achieving them will be continuously monitored and reviewed quarterly.
