The Industrial Development Fund provides preferential loan financing under the Cluster Investment Platform program

The Cluster Investment Platform (CIP) program provides the opportunity to receive preferential credit financing by subsidizing part of the interest rate on the loan for the implementation of investment projects aimed at the production of priority products.

☑️ Main financing terms:
🔘 Interest rate: from 0.3 * the Central Bank key rate + up to 3% (up to 9.3% with a KS of 21%)
🔘Loan amount: from 2 to 100 billion rubles (up to 80% of the project cost)
🔘Loan term: until the completion of the investment phase of the project + 2 years
🔘Mandatory co-financing: from 20% of the project cost

🔘 Product certification and obtaining licenses
🔘 Purchase of Russian software
🔘 Payment for utilities, energy resources and communication services

📊 Procedure for obtaining financing:
🔘 Preparation of an investment project and obtaining indicative conditions from the bank
🔘 Submission of an application to the FRP through GISP
🔘 Passing an examination at the FRP (up to 20 working days)
🔘 Inclusion of the project in the List of approved projects (Decision of the Interdepartmental Commission)
🔘 Conclusion of a loan agreement and a subsidy agreement
