The municipal investment standard has been 100% implemented in Omsk Region

Our region is among 20 subjects of the Russian Federation where this indicator has been achieved.

✅ The municipal investment standard is a quality system for working with investors. It includes 10 elements developed taking into account best practices:

– the presence of an investment section on the Internet portal
– the presence of an investment profile
– the presence of an investment commissioner
– the presence of an advisory body to the head of the administration
– the presence of a section on investments in development strategies
– the presence of regulations for supporting investment projects
– the presence of performance indicators for management
– the presence of a feedback mechanism with the investor
– the implementation of professional training of personnel
– the presence of a cooperation agreement with the development agency

All elements of the municipal standard have been implemented in the municipalities of the region, but the work does not stop there.

✅Currently, strategic sessions are being held in Omsk and the districts of the Omsk region, where representatives of administrations and rural settlements, business communities and organizations, entrepreneurs and local residents analyze resources, opportunities and advantages for investors in the territory of municipalities. They also voice business ideas and identify problems that hinder the development of entrepreneurial activity.
