The new composition of the Company’s Board of Directors was approved

According to the decision of the sole shareholder of the Avangard SEZ, a new composition of the Company’s Board of Directors was approved.

Re-elected to the new Board of Directors:
– Shpilenko Andrey Viktorovich – Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, representative of the Omsk Region to the Government of the Russian Federation;
– Denis Vladimirovich Kushner – First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Omsk Region;
– Lukyanov Igor Vyacheslavovich – First Deputy Minister of Industry and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region;
– Liliya Borisovna Gulieva – Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Omsk Region.

The new members of the Board of Directors are deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region:
– Golovanov Dmitry Alexandrovich

• Guseletov Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Dmitry Aleksandrovich and Vladimir Vladimirovich are members of the Property Committee and the Committee on Economic Policy and Investment of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.
