The Omsk Region presented the “Rassvet” system
The “Rassvet” system was developed to identify promising niches, formulate attractive investment proposals, and effectively promote them to potential investors.
At the RANEPA site, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko presented the system to experts and training participants during the panel session “National Model: From Formulation to Effective Implementation.”
Andrey Shpilenko described in detail the three stages of the “Rassvet” system:
- Identifying investment niches through analysis of master plans, municipal investment profiles, industrial cooperation, and bank data.
- Formulating attractive investment proposals. These proposals are prepared by specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and municipal investment commissioners.
3️⃣ Promoting investment proposals in domestic and foreign markets through specialized digital platforms, official websites, newsletters, and presentations during business missions and congress events.
The implementation of the “Rassvet” system allows us to move from targeted measures to a comprehensive, systemic approach to attracting investment in the Omsk Region, which is one of the main priorities set by the region’s governor, Vitaly Khotsenko.
