The Omsk Region team is participating in the “Leaders of Russia” competition to enhance the region’s investment attractiveness.

The sixth season of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition, a flagship project of the “Russia – Land of Opportunity” Presidential Platform, is in its active phase. The collective application for participation in the competition was submitted at the initiative of Omsk Region Governor Vitaly Khotsenko to consolidate best management practices, strengthen the team’s competencies to attract capital, and implement promising investment projects in the region.

The Omsk Region team includes:

👍 Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy General Director for Development of the Avangard Industrial and Production Special Economic Zone

The team’s mentor is Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.
