Work to streamline procedures for implementing investment projects continues in the Omsk Region.

At a working group meeting, roadmaps were approved for reducing the timeframes for commissioning facilities, obtaining technical specifications for connecting to heating networks, and issuing permits for municipal land use.

The Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Omsk City Administration plans to increase the number of consultations with developers and designers to ensure the prompt and accurate commissioning of facilities.

The Omsk District Administration plans to reduce the timeframe for issuing land use permits from 55 to 20 business days, and the document processing period from 35 to 15 days.

Omsk RTS JSC plans to reduce the timeframe for submitting an application for establishing a heating connection fee from 120 to 60 business days, and the preparation of a local estimate from 45 to 20 days. The percentage of documents returned for revision is planned to be reduced from 79% to 40%.

Project teams have begun implementing the measures. Optimized algorithms will be tested on a focus group of representatives of the region’s business community.
