A new resident of the SEZ “Avangard” – an enterprise for the production of cutting fluids

On July 12, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation registered another resident of the IP SEZ “Avangard”: Omsk Plant of Oils and Coolants LLC.

Coolants are complex multicomponent systems that are actively used in the metalworking industry and are used to lubricate and cool tools and equipment. The new production is also aimed at solving the problem of import substitution at Russian enterprises for previously imported coolants.

The total investment will be more than 120 million rubles, it is planned to create 50 new jobs. The discounted payback period is 7.5 years. The planned volume of coolant production will be about 1500 tons.

To implement the project, the necessary land plot of 1.9 hectares has been formed, and the corresponding lease agreement is being prepared for signing. The rent for the use of the land will go to the budget of the city of Omsk.

Also, the management company JSC “SEZ “Avangard” is currently actively assisting the new resident in the implementation of the design stage of work, the design of the supply electrical networks is being completed.
