Andrey Shpilenko became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the management company of the Avangard SEZ

On November 15, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the joint stock company “SEZ IPT “Avangard” was held. Previously, the Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk Region, exercising on behalf of the Omsk Region the rights of the Sole Shareholder of SEZ IPT Avangard JSC, elected a new board of directors consisting of:
Gulieva Liliya Borisovna;
Kushner Denis Vladimirovich;
Leganova Ekaterina Sergeevna;
Lukyanov Igor Vyacheslavovich;
Shpilenko Andrey Viktorovich.
In accordance with current regulations, at the first meeting of the renewed Board of Directors the issue of electing the Chairman of the Board of Directors is decided. As a result of the discussion, Andrey Viktorovich Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, representative of the Omsk Region to the Government of the Russian Federation, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

In addition, members of the Board of Directors approved changes to the financial and economic activity plan for 2023, the financial and economic activity plan for 2024, the company’s economic efficiency indicators for 2024, nd also agreed to carry out major transactions related to the planned construction of a gas distribution network.
