Avangard told about its results and plans to journalists
During the press breakfast, Viktor Sobolev, General Director of the Avangard Special Economic Zone, spoke about what has already been done on this project and what is planned.
According to Viktor Sobolev, there were initially six anchor projects in the SEZ since 2019. Today, these are three real residents and two more are at a high stage of development. Thus, the Electrotechnical Plant received a building permit at the end of February and is entering the site this year. They plan to launch in 2025. Gazpromneft-Grafitech is in the process of designing, there is a complex technological process here, and they expect to see the start of production in 2026.
Mikhail Derevyanko, Deputy Director General for Development of the Avangard Special Economic Zone, said that last year they established the first state-level ties in China with the Committee for the Import and Export of Machine-Building and Electrical Products, which brings together tens of thousands of high-quality and proven industrial enterprises.
