Avangard visited the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”

Today, the management company of the SEZ “Avangard” is taking part in the expert panel “Special Economic Zones: Transformation of the Mechanism and Development Prospects”, held by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation at the International Exhibition Forum “Russia” as part of a thematic day dedicated to entrepreneurship.

“This kind of event is relevant for companies managing SEZs in connection with the improvement of legislation regulating the activities of SEZs. Changes to Federal Law No. 116-FZ came into force in September 2023, and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is currently preparing relevant by-laws during the transition period. We believe that information on the progress of this work will be announced at the site, explanations will be given on the principles of implementing updated procedures related to the creation and operation of the SEZ, and recommendations will be made for work during the transition period. The experience of colleagues on issues of SEZ activities is also of interest – such presentations are also planned in the program,” noted General Director Viktor Yuryevich Sobolev.

Outside the panel, information about the Avangard SEZ will be presented at the stand of our region and interested visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to learn something new about our activities.
