Developing Corporate Culture in the Avangard SEZ: A Business Game for a Close-Knit Team
At the Avangard SEZ, we emphasize a strong corporate culture and team spirit.
On April 2nd, a business game was held for employees of the Avangard Management Company. It brought colleagues together, strengthened mutual understanding, and taught them to work as a single unit. This isn’t just entertainment—it’s an investment in our shared future.
What made the game special?
- Random assignment to teams. Result: a fresh perspective on everyday work.
- Role reversal: managers became subordinates, and vice versa. This approach helps to better understand the value of each employee’s contribution—from ideas to execution.
- Immersion in a business simulation. Participants constructed buildings and vehicles using market resources. The challenge was not only to create a product but also to make it profitable: managing finances, demonstrating creativity, and competing with other teams.
- Skills in practice. Teams practiced sales, business communication, and solving non-standard problems. Trust, mutual support, and joint efforts were essential!
The Avangard SEZ continues to systematically develop human capital and create an environment where every employee feels they contribute to the overall result.
