The advanced training program “ESG Agenda: mechanisms for increasing the investment attractiveness of territories with preferential treatment” has been opened. The participants were representatives of industrial enterprises and regional executive authorities from 11 constituent entities of Russia.
The participants were greeted by Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia.
“The key objective of the course is to develop competencies in the field of sustainable development and implementation of the ESG model to ensure the investment attractiveness of territories with preferential treatment. Together with the program participants, you will examine a number of important topics that affect issues of sustainable development in the world and the Russian Federation. Let’s consider ESG tools applicable in Russia and ESG tools for the transformation of infrastructure sites,” noted Mikhail Labudin.
The first speaker of the program is Daria Gulyaeva, Deputy Director for Sustainable Development of the Association of Clusters and Technoparks of the Russian Federation:
“ESG principles include concern for the environment, responsible treatment of employees and customers, transparent company operations and participation in charitable initiatives. The introduction of ESG principles makes it possible to increase the investment attractiveness of the property, obtain special lending conditions, and also increase customer loyalty.”
Training takes place in a distance format from March 19 to April 4. In May 2024, in-person defense of projects will take place in Moscow.
