n 2023, the national project “Labor Productivity” included 9 industrial enterprises. Among them: “Omsk Rubber”, “Titan-Lubricants”, NPO “Civic Company”, “PETSIB”, “NPPSPETSTEH”, “Sputnik”, PA “ETP”, PA “Kvant”, “Oil and Gas Systems Plant”.

In total, today 23 industrial enterprises of the Omsk region, supervised by the Ministry of Industry, are involved in the national project.

Representatives of the Federal Competence Center and the Regional Competence Center help industrial enterprises implement lean manufacturing, improve management, logistics and product sales. At each enterprise, a sample production flow is created, a team of employees is formed to implement changes and then work independently.

The team creates effective workplaces according to the principles of the 5C system; employees of enterprises are trained at the training and production site “Process Factory” to become internal trainers in the main lean manufacturing programs.
