In the Omsk region, investors are advised online and offline on registration of rights to land and real estate
The day before, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Andrei Shpilenko met with business, heads of the Ministry of Property and the Rosreestr department for the Omsk region. The accessibility and transparency for business of procedures for registering property rights, obtaining land plots for rent and registering land with cadastral records were discussed.
“Algorithms have been developed in the region and consultations are being held so that entrepreneurs can avoid mistakes and delays when registering property rights, but they often do not know about these opportunities. It is necessary for everyone to unite and tell clearly and in detail where and how businesses can get your professional advice for free. The availability of this information will only have a positive impact on the investment climate,” noted Andrey Shpilenko.
The Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government called on business associations to actively participate in informing entrepreneurs about all the opportunities and tools that are being implemented.
In particular, at the meeting they said that through the State Services portal you can apply to receive land plots for investment projects for rent. In general, algorithms for obtaining land plots have been developed for investors in the Omsk region. Step-by-step guidance can be found in the Set of Investment Rules on the regional investment portal. Also, the Ministry of Property of the Omsk Region has prepared a memo that describes how you can apply for a land plot owned by the region and what documents need to be provided.
Another information booklet prepared by specialists explains how to submit applications and the timing of services for registration of rights to real estate and cadastral registration.
The Office of Rosreestr in the Omsk Region implements various forms of consulting entrepreneurs in order to reduce the number of refusals, and, accordingly, the duration of registration of property rights. Rosreestr specialists regularly conduct face-to-face consultations at the address: Omsk, st. Ordzhonikidze, 56 on Monday from 9.00 to 12.00 and on Thursday from 13.30 to 17.00 by appointment by phone: (3812) 24-69-63 and 24-66-57. In addition, on the MFC website, through a special “Online Consultation” tab, you can sign up for a video consultation with Rosreestr specialists.
Let us remind you that in the Omsk region all the necessary information for investors is published on the Investment Portal of the Omsk Region – from tax preferences to step-by-step instructions for connecting to utility networks.
