In the Omsk region, taxes were reduced for new logistics centers and technology parks
The law, prepared by the regional Ministry of Economy, was adopted by the deputies of the regional parliament.
“The head of the region, Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko, in his budget message to the Legislative Assembly, emphasized the development of the logistics complex. We are working on this task, the law creates attractive conditions for investors,” explained the Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region, Anna Negoduiko.
The law reduces property tax payments for new logistics centers by 50% over a 5-year period. Condition – logistics centers were put into operation after January 1, 2023, the volume of capital investments – from 1 billion rubles.
The law exempts management companies of technology parks in the field of high technologies from property tax for 10 years and their residents for 5 years. The key requirement for management companies is to be included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
