Increasing the persons in the board of directors of the SEZ

By the decision of the sole shareholder of the Avangard SEZ, the quantity of the persons in the board of directors will be increased to 6 people.

The board of directors is a management body elected for a certain period by a meeting of shareholders, which manages the activities of the joint-stock company in the period of time between annual meetings of shareholders in accordance with its competence granted to the board of directors by law and by the charter.

Let us remember that previously the board of directors consisted of 5 people.
