New ideas for attracting investment! Our second strategic session has concluded.

The Omsk Region investment team is back together! Led by Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Shpilenko, we held a powerful strategic session with the Development and Investment Agency, the Avangard SEZ, and the Industrial Development Fund.

We looked at the best practices of other regions to adopt the most effective ones! Mikhail Derevyanko (Avangard SEZ) compared us with the Alga SEZ and showed us where we can grow.

Many exciting development ideas emerged:

• Digitalization: CRM systems for investors, 3D tours, and augmented reality!
• Networking: Brainstorming sessions and business events for businesses.
• Dialogue: Creating a comfortable environment for collaboration between business and government.

What’s next? We’re setting clear goals and getting started:

• Conducting a detailed SWOT analysis of our special economic zone.
• We implement specific KPIs to attract new investors.
