Omsk authorities are simplifying the conditions for investors to obtain land plots for rent without bidding

Minister of Economy Anna Negoduiko presented changes to legislation to the deputies of the Committee on Economics and Investment.

“The day before, at the Investment Committee, the Governor said that all processes should be optimized, and we are fulfilling this task. We propose to change the approach to providing land plots for rent without bidding. The essence of the changes is that if the investment project meets the criteria, then by order of the Governor, the investor is provided with land for rent without bidding. The regional government enters into an agreement with the investor, which determines the parameters of the project and the implementation timeframe,” said the Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region, Anna Negoduiko.

The main requirements proposed by the new law include the volume of investment, compliance of the project with strategic planning documents, as well as territorial planning documents, and others.
