Omsk construction company has begun implementing the national project #labor productivity
The management of the enterprise entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region and the Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity. The PES enterprise has begun the active phase of implementing the national project “Labor Productivity”.
It should be noted that PES is one of the leaders in the construction industry in the Omsk region. The company specializes in the design of industrial facilities of any complexity, the construction of petrochemical industry facilities, the construction of wind power plants, and electrical installation work of industrial facilities.
Today, a kick-off meeting was held at the PES site, which was attended by representatives of the regional Ministry of Economy, experts from the Regional Competence Center, management staff and the company’s working group. At the kick-off meeting, the goals of the national project and ways to achieve them using lean manufacturing tools were outlined.
“The enterprises that join the national project are great, because not all managers and not all teams of enterprises are ready for changes in their organization. Experts from the Regional Competence Center provide support free of charge, and you and the company’s employees can take advantage of all the bonuses that the national project includes: “Production Process Factory” and “Office Process Factory”. These training platforms help unite the team and identify leaders among the company’s specialists,” noted First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region Denis Kushner.
Participants in the national project plan to increase productivity by optimizing internal office processes. The pilot stream in the company will be “Optimization of the procurement process.”
“The first stage of the national project has now begun: the working group continues training in lean production tools; together we will diagnose the pilot flow, identify key points and growth points, identify bottlenecks, and agree on a list of activities, goals and objectives. In 6 months we will have to develop and implement main activities. The next 2.5 years of implementation of the national project involve replicating approaches to increasing labor productivity in an independent format,” Vitaly Komissarov, project manager of the Regional Competence Center, shared his immediate plans.
Deputy Director of the PES enterprise Maxim Fadeev noted that the company is ready for changes: to increase labor productivity and revenue, reduce costs, make maximum use of internal resources, and also train as many employees as possible at the Process Factory.
Let us remind you that in addition to targeted support, which consists of the work of experts from the Regional Competence Center, systemic support measures are provided for participants in the national project. Thus, the Industrial Development Fund of the Omsk Region is ready to provide preferential financing in the amount of 10 to 50 million rubles to companies participating in the national project. The rate on such a loan will be 1% per annum, and the term will not exceed 5 years.
Participants in the national project, initiated by Russian President Vladimirov Putin, can include enterprises registered in the Omsk region and operating in the manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction and trade industries. Currently, 70 companies have joined the national project in the region.
In order to become a participant in the project, you must seek advice from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region by phone: +7(3812)40-80-17 or submit an application on the website производительность.рф.
