Omsk Region will host participants of the “Federal Practice” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

On the initiative of the Governor of the Omsk Region Vitaly Khotsenko, from February 29 to March 1, a two-day internship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will be held in Omsk under the “Federal Practice” program for the subjects of the Siberian Federal District, organized for heads and representatives of regional executive authorities in the field of industry, regional development institutions, managers companies of industrial parks and industrial technology parks, industrial enterprises of the region and business.

The internship will take place in the format of an on-site event with the participation of heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, federal development institutions and state corporations. As part of the internship, participants will be able to familiarize themselves with all available tools to support industry and receive answers to pressing questions regarding enterprise development.

The program also includes thematic sessions, which will examine in detail the priority industry areas for the regions of the Siberian Federal District and the factors hindering their development.

“Over the past 15 years, the approach to implementing federal industrial policy has changed significantly for the better. The federal center is in constant productive dialogue with the regions, which makes it possible to implement a unified industrial development policy, ensuring an effective solution to the task of achieving the technological sovereignty of our country, set before us by Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. I thank the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and personally Denis Valentinovich Manturov for the trust given to the Omsk region to host such a significant event.
