SEZ “Avangard” took part in the seminar “PROclusters”

Today, at the site of the regional Congress Hall, a methodological seminar “PROclusters” was held, where the State Industrial Development Fund of the Omsk Region presented business leaders with the possibilities of the cluster model and the conditions for joining industrial clusters.
“The Governor of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, set the task of creating at least 12 industrial clusters in the region. Industrial clusters make it possible to identify investment niches – those projects that need to be implemented in production chains. At the moment, projects for 13 industrial clusters have already been formed, 8 industrial clusters have already been submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for the purpose of checking them for compliance with the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation. Today we have our first practical session, where we invited those industrial enterprises that will be included in the clusters. Our task is to explain in a clear way to business what industrial clusters are, why they entered them or are planning to enter them, what measures of state support will be provided and what is the main role of the Specialized Organization of Industrial Clusters, which will work with our industrial enterprises,” shared the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region. Andrey Shpilenko.
Viktor Sobolev, General Director of Avangard SEZ JSC, spoke with information about the advantages of the Avangard SEZ for the creation of new production facilities by members of industrial clusters. The emphasis is on the SEZ preferences, which allow reducing investor costs by more than 20%. This is simplified access to land resources and infrastructure, tax and customs benefits, project support at all stages of implementation.
