SEZ “Avangard” will continue to develop the gas distribution network

In September 2023, the management company of the Avangard SEZ completed installation work on the gas distribution valve unit and carried out the procedure for technological connection under pressure to the existing main gas pipeline DU 800. This will make it possible to supply natural gas to new production facilities in the territory of the special economic zone.

The next step is to create a gas distribution network. Implementation of this stage costing more than 30 million rubles. approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on November 15, 2023. The length of the gas pipeline will be about 3.5 km. The network will make it possible to organize close technological connection points both for existing residents who are already under construction, and for promising investors who are currently planning to organize production on the territory of the Avangard SEZ. Activities to create this gas distribution network are planned to begin in December of this year.

We would like to remind you that the electrical power reserve for new residents currently amounts to more than 19 MW: in combination with the gas distribution network being created, the presence of a connection point to the technical water supply and sewerage system, it should be concluded that the Avangard SEZ is sufficiently provided with the engineering infrastructure necessary for implementation of new production and logistics investment projects.
