The issue of attracting personnel to light industry enterprises was discussed in Omsk

At the Center for Advanced Professional Training, with the support of the regional Ministries of Industry and the Ministry of Education, a round table was held on the issue of attracting personnel to light industry enterprises.

The event was attended by representatives of light industry enterprises and educational institutions: Omsk Technological College, Siberian Vocational College, Omsk Multidisciplinary Technical School.

The participants discussed issues of career guidance work with schoolchildren and student employment, reviewed the draft Roadmap for reducing personnel requirements at light industry enterprises for 2024, and also noted the need for joint efforts of employers, educational institutions and authorities to effectively work in these areas.

Director of the Center for Education and Training of the Omsk Region, Andrey Savin, expressed the readiness of the Center for Educational Training, as an educational logistics center, to actively assist in uniting all participants to develop and implement relevant activities.
