The emphasis is placed on the relevance of the availability of all utilities as the main factor in the investment attractiveness of infrastructure sites.
Going directly to the Avangard SEZ, Andrey Viktorovich gave detailed information about the configuration and capabilities of our zone, existing projects and residents. Development options are considered, as well as measures taken to improve the efficiency of SEZ management – in particular, key performance indicators.
Members of the committee expressed interest in the development of the Avangard SEZ and their readiness to carry out effective interaction in resolving issues that are within the competence of the representative government.
Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Viktorovich Shpilenko:
“Currently, the region is carrying out intensive work to create industrial clusters. In the course of analyzing production and logistics chains among the participants in each cluster, we identify development projects that make it possible to increase the competitiveness of manufactured products and eliminate disruptions in value chains. And the territory of our Avangard SEZ is the best platform for the implementation of such projects.”
