The second meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Avangard Industrial and Production Special Economic Zone (IPT SEZ) in 2026 was held.
Yesterday, the second meeting of the Board of Directors of the Avangard Industrial and Production Special Economic Zone (IPT SEZ) this year was held under the chairmanship of Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.
📌 The key agenda items included the SEZ’s performance results for 2025. Members of the Board of Directors reviewed and, in accordance with legislation, preliminarily approved a number of documents, which will subsequently be approved by the Company’s Sole Shareholder.
✅️ Key meeting results:
- Key performance indicators (KPIs): The meeting reviewed the Company’s performance against key performance indicators for 2025. The meeting noted that most of the planned indicators, confirming the SEZ’s sustainable development, had been met.
- Annual reporting: The Company’s annual report and annual financial statements for 2025 were preliminarily approved. The financial statements received a preliminary positive opinion from an independent audit firm and the audit commission.
- Dividend Policy: Recommendations for shareholders regarding the amount of dividends on shares and the payment procedure for the 2025 financial year have been formulated.
- Procurement Activities: A new Regulation on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for the Company’s Needs has been approved. The document has been brought into compliance with the standard form developed by the Main Directorate of the Contract System of the Omsk Region for joint-stock companies with regional participation.
Thus, JSC “Avangard” Industrial and Industrial SEZ” has fully achieved the main goals set by the Board of Directors for the reporting period. The main objectives for the current year are to continue providing infrastructure support to the SEZ site in the North-West Industrial Hub and to begin development of a new site located on 2-ya Solnechnaya Street.
