The meeting reviewed promising projects related to the creation of new production facilities, the development of hotel infrastructure in municipal areas, integrated engineering in lighting systems and improvement of the urban environment.

Based on the results of the discussion under the leadership of the Governor, support measures for the implementation of investment initiatives have already been determined. The agreements of the parties indicating the volume of investments and the timing of project implementation will be reflected in the investment agreements of the parties.

The implementation of previous instructions of the Investment Committee is now considered at each meeting, which is attended by heads of large companies and enterprises presenting their projects, including non-resident investors. Several projects are planned to be implemented on the basis of Omsk industrial parks; they are aimed at strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country.

One of the largest projects is being implemented by the Titan Group of Companies. The new production meets the objectives of import substitution. Customers for the products will be the chemical, microelectronic, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. The implementation of the investment project will provide raw materials to existing enterprises of the Titan Group of Companies for the production of products of deeper processing and will serve as a driver for the development of small-scale chemicals. Production, which will create up to one and a half thousand jobs, is planned to be launched by 2030.

“This is a big project. It is a priority for us, as it ensures the development of the industry for many years to come,” noted Vitaly Khotsenko.

In addition to plans for the development of the production site, Titan Group of Companies also submitted for consideration a socially significant project for the construction of a sports complex. A group of companies acts as an investor. The sports facility project involves the creation of two ice fields, two universal grounds for team sports, a dance hall, a table tennis hall, and a swimming pool. Today, at a meeting of the Investment Committee, the main parameters of the project and options for sites for placement were considered.

The meeting participants also discussed the project for the construction of a hotel with a recreation center on the territory of the Rozovsky rural settlement in the Omsk region, the investor of which is SibRos LLC. The hotel complex has a total area of 15 thousand square meters. meters will be able to accommodate up to 500 – 600 vacationers at the same time.

In addition, at the meeting they considered the initiative to create a production complex in Omsk for the manufacture of lighting products and products for modernizing urban infrastructure. The project is planned to be implemented on the territory of the Omsktransmash industrial park being created. The company specializes in comprehensive engineering in lighting systems and urban improvement.
