Work continues on the development of industrial tourism in the Omsk region
Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Shpilenko held a working meeting with representatives of the regional Ministry of Economic Development and supervisors of the regional team for the development of industrial tourism.
During the meeting, organizational issues of the upcoming practical session of the regional team participants were discussed. At the session, leading industrial enterprises in the region will present existing industrial excursion routes, the best of which will be selected by an expert group for demonstration at the final stage of “Open Industry”.
Let us note that in the period from May 21-22, 2024, the Government of the Omsk Region, the regional Development and Investment Agency with the support of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (Moscow) will hold the final event to sum up the results of the All-Russian educational program for the development of industrial tourism “Open Industry”. Teams from 66 regions of the Russian Federation will come to the Omsk region in order to present their tourist and industrial routes.
